S-M 16 cm and M-L 18 cm bracelet sizes are the total length including the clasp. Since our stones are natural, there may be +/- 1 cm variations in length. We recommend measuring your wrist before purchasing. There is an extension chain at the clasp that allows for 1-2 cm of adjustment.
