S-M 16 cm and M-L 18 cm bracelet sizes are the total length including the clasp. As our stones are natural, there may be +/- 1 cm variations in length. We recommend measuring your wrist before purchasing. There is an extension chain on the clasp that allows you to adjust it by 1-2 cm.
