S-M 16 cm and M-L 18 cm bracelet sizes represent the total length including the clasp. Since our stones are natural, there may be a +/- 1 cm variation in length. We recommend measuring your wrist before purchasing. There is an extension chain on the clasp that allows for an additional 1-2 cm of adjustment.
