The S-M 16 cm and M-L 18 cm bracelet sizes are the total length including the clasp. Since our stones are natural, there may be +/- 1 cm variations in length. We recommend that you measure your wrist before purchasing. There is a chain section at the clasp that allows for 1-2 cm of extension.
